This Privacy Policy describes how AGTECH PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC., doing business as DoItYourselfPR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the DoItYourselfPR platform ("Platform") accessible at doityourselfpr.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective March 9, 2026 and can be updated at any time at the discretion of AGTECH PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide. We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information such as your name, email address, and password; company or organization name, industry, and brand information provided during onboarding; brand voice profile details including company descriptions, messaging pillars, executive names and titles, and competitor information; content inputs you provide when using our content generation tools, such as press release briefs, case study details, and pitch deck talking points; and communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
1.2 Information Collected Through Third-Party Integrations. When you connect third-party services to the Platform, we collect data from those services on your behalf, including: Google Search Console data, such as search queries, click-through rates, impressions, average position, and indexed pages for websites you have verified in Google Search Console. This data is accessed through the Google Search Console API using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you explicitly grant. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting from the Platform.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including: log data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits; device information such as your device type and unique device identifiers; and usage data such as features accessed, actions taken, content generated, and frequency and duration of use. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information. You may control the use of cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and Services; to process your requests and deliver the features you use, including SEO analytics, content generation, and media monitoring; to personalize your experience, including by using your brand voice profile and SEO data to inform AI-generated content; to communicate with you about the Platform, including sending service-related notices, updates, alerts, and administrative messages; to process payments and manage your subscription; to monitor and analyze usage trends and patterns to improve the Platform; to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service; and to develop new features and services.
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 Service Providers, Partners, and Suppliers. We share your information with third-party service providers, partners, and suppliers who perform services on our behalf and assist us in providing the Platform and Services. These parties include: AI and machine learning service providers that process your data to generate content, analytics, and recommendations; SEO data providers that supply keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and domain metrics; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process your data; authentication and identity management providers that manage your account access; payment processors that handle subscription billing and transactions; email delivery services that send automated reports, alerts, and notifications; and analytics providers that help us understand Platform usage. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services for us and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
3.2 Affiliated Companies. We may share your information with companies that are affiliated with AGTECH PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC., including parent companies, subsidiaries, and entities under common ownership or control. Affiliated companies that receive your information are bound to honor this Privacy Policy or to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as described herein.
3.3 PR Firm Administrators. If your account was created through an invitation from a PR firm administrator, your Platform usage data, SEO analytics, generated content, and account activity will be visible to that PR firm administrator and other authorized users within their organization. This sharing is an essential feature of the Platform and enables the PR firm to provide services to you.
3.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data. We will not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide your personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes or for any purpose unrelated to the provision of the Services. This commitment applies to all categories of personal information we collect.
3.5 Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of AGTECH PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC., our users, or the public; detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or respond to an emergency involving the safety of any person.
3.6 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When your account is terminated or deleted, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law to retain it.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Account Information. You may update or correct your account information at any time by accessing your account settings on the Platform. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
6.2 Google Search Console Access. You may disconnect your Google Search Console account from the Platform at any time through the Platform settings or by revoking access through your Google account. Disconnecting will prevent us from accessing new data but will not automatically delete previously retrieved data.
6.3 Communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. You cannot opt out of service-related communications that are necessary for the operation of your account.
6.4 Data Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@doityourselfpr.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information.
6.5 State Privacy Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act, and similar state laws. These rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (although we do not sell personal information); the right to access and receive a copy of your personal information; and the right to correct inaccurate personal information. 7. International Data Transfers
The Platform is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
